Called Grant and spoke with him about the
licensing situation with Acrobat. The program is
being removed from his computer. I told him how
to login to the terminal servers should he need to
use Acrobat. He mentioned that it wasnt a big
deal and that he wouldnt need it often enough to
purchase a license.

There is no valid license of Acrobat Pro 10(or any
other version of Acrobat) for this user or for the
previous user of this station. I would advise we
just remove it and have the user use terminal
server for any acrobat usage.

Acrobat is no longer in this directory. Tricia is
working to see if there is a valid license we can
use. If not, they can always use the terminal
server or purchase a valid license.

Hi UCS. I've noticed an issue with my office
computer that I do not think I can resolve without
your help. Adobe Acrobat X Pro is installed on
this machine but, when it tries to run the Adobe
software patches, it cannot reach the network
location where the original source files are/were
located. For this reason, the security patches
continue to fail to complete the update.

Where the computer is trying to reach is
\\plowking\acropro10\AcroPro.msi

It does not look like the acropro10 directory
exists there anymore. Is there a different
location to which I should direct the
installer/patcher?

The WOU sticker code on this machine is: 20090518[Edit Inv]
and it is located in my office at Natural Sciences
213. Thanks for any help you can provide.
