When I got there I was able to add the printer and print with no 
issues and all of the classroom computers populated and printed. 
The issue occurred on a Saturday and I asked that they take screen 
shots of the error message if it came up again so we can 
troubleshoot the issue, even if it isn't an active problem.

 The computers in the MNB 223 lab are all showing
an error message that they can¿t connect to the
Xerox printer in that room (Krusty-Lab MNB223) and
I¿m unable to add the printer back on to any of
those machines for some reason.  (I go through the
process to add it, but when I right click on the
printer and then click ¿connect¿ nothings
happens.)  The printer WOU ID is 20100415- please
let me know if any additional info is needed.
