Hello:

Two things:

1.  The email for our office: 
studentaffairs@mail.wou.edu  seems to have
disconnected from our office printers.  The
student employees can print items just fine from
other programs -- just not when they are logged
into our office email.  Why do you think that is?

2.  One of the laptops, the one assigned to me --
WOU #20091092[Edit Inv]  will not let me use Banner in the
WOU portal.  I noticed it in March.  Is there
something I can do to make Banner work/open?
