Michael,

I just wanted to let you know that I checked our
print server and there were no prints hung up in
the queue. I did a test print from the print
server as well as from a computer in UPCC-C 130.
Everything seems to be working like it should.
Please let us know if you have any other issues
with this printer.

Checked the print queue-nothing was in it. Did a
test page from Krusty and did a test page from a
vdi in UPCC-C. Both prints came out. Nothing is
wrong with this machine. Closing out this ticket.

UPCC C-130 printer, I didn't see any error
messages. When I turned the printer off and then
turned it back on again it would flick from
'green' to 'attention' before finally settling on
green; but even though it eventually said 'ready'
it wouldn't print. Students said there were about
'10' (according to them) jobs 'backed up' that
wouldn't print but I'm not sure if it was a
hardware or software issue.
