Gail,

I replaced some rollers in your printer. I also
did some test prints, it seemed to be running like
normal. That could change once you are printing
more so please let me know if the noise comes back
and I will get another part ordered. I just didn't
want to purchase the part unless it was needed,
due to the price of it. Also, I did notice that
you use recycled already printed paper which could
cause printing issues. When a sheet of paper with
ink on it goes back through a printer it heats up
the old ink can flake off into parts of the
printer that shouldn't get ink on them. We
recommend that everyone uses new paper when
printing to keep the printer functioning how its
suppose too.

My Xerox printer is making a horrible squealing
noise.  I think you worked on another printer in
our office that was making the same noise.  When
you have time, can you come look at mine to see if
it can be fixed?  Or, if I should be contacting
someone else, please let me know.
