the maintenance kit yet. She was going to talk to
Cara once she got in.

Good Morning Cara,

I came over and took a look at the printer
(w#20091189) and saw that the print quality is not
that great. I pulled a supply usage page and
noticed that the maintenance kit is getting low
and it also showed that it was installed 1/4/13. I
took the maintenance kit out of the printer, it is
really dirty and needs to be replaced. If you
could order a new maintenance kit for xerox phaser
8860 then I can come by and do the additional
cleaning of the prints.

Hi,

Duck printer #20091189 is having printing quality
issues. I've tried resolving them myself but can't
make the print quality any better... not sure what
else to try. We're getting a lot of black streaks
and the "Light Stripes Test" and "Cleaning Page"
are both still showing a lot of issues. I've run
the "Eliminate Light Stripes Basic" and "Advanced"
multiple times with no better results.
