Her computer is having lots of issues, initially
the problem was the photoshop wasn't recognizing
her image files so she reset her computer, but now
it won't recognize that she has a keyboard
attached (she checked that it was plugged in and
tried in multiple usb ports) and it says that
there are no networks.

She needs someone other ASAP
