Lori Burgeson	Apr 15, 2014 03:42 PM	A student (Mackenzie Gallo - mgallow13) called in and mentioned that the first page of a document she printed jammed immediately. She also mentioned that Tray 1 - the pull-out tray - appeared to have been tampered with. She mentioned it looked like someone pulled it down and slammed it shut and now it isnt shutting properly. Please look into this printer and take note of any damage done. Let Megan know if any parts need to be ordered or if a Xerox technician needs to be called.	Add Attachment
