I've reinstalled iLife and run all of the updates. She will check to see
if she can update to the newest versions from the App Store once
she gets back to her office and let us know if the fix worked.

I recommend installing iLife '11 (it is on the install drive now) and
then attempting the upgrade to the newest version from the App
Store before doing a complete wipe.

Was unable to install iPhoto or iMovie. App Store had an "Accept"
button for both applications instead of an "Install" button, as if the
App Store thought the computer had these programs installed
already (which was not the case). Apple Support articles
recommended resetting the App Store from the hidden Debug
menu. Did not work. They also recommended changing the
language and restarting which also didn't work. The only option
that seemed to work for everyone in the support articles was a
complete OS reinstall. Recommended that she back up all of her
files to the H drive so that we can re-image it if necessary.

OS 10.7.5. She did have iPhoto on there at some
point, but it's been awhile.

iMovie and iPhoto are not on her computer. She
tried searching for them and nothing is coming up.
She would like to have these added onto her computer.
