Kit is pulling all of the printers and HU-copier 
is default.  Humanities does have the print 
authentication box prompt users in order to print.  
His box was popping up behind Office documents.  I 
showed Kit how to find that authentication box and 
he was able to successfully print Word documents 
and PDF's.

He would like to be contacted to set up another
time for someone to come look at this again sense
it is not printing still.

Changed the printer policy to print by computer rather than by user. 
Tested it out under Lori's account and it worked fine, but we need 
to have the user confirm it under his own account.

He called back and said that he will be available
on Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 or around 1 ish. I
told him if this did not work for one of you guys
that someone would contact him back to set up a
different time.
