She is coming by at 11 to pick up the laptop.  CS6 
suite was installed and tested.

Texted her about picking it up and setting up a 
new time when it will be available to us longer.  
We are looking into this issue on another computer 
and when we resolve it we should be able to speed 
up the process on this computer.

She has meetings all morning and a text would be
ideal. She leaves at 3 today and if it can't be
done by then, DON'T work on it and she'll pick it
up and take it and plan for another time.

We'll need an external cd drive to install adobe
cs6 and to make sure to do all of the iLife
installs in her account.

Went over there.  Her computer is using the
ucsappstore account, and she would like that
removed.  Arranged for a re-image on Monday
  a) she'll drop it off around 9
  b) stop by again around 11 in case she needs to
login
  c) be free again at 1 o'clock when we can finish
up if need be.

Hi Cathy,

I see we still have your ticket open to install 
Adobe CS6 Design Standard on your Apple laptop.  
When might you be available to have this program 
installed?  It is a bit longer of an install as we 
will have to perform updates after the initial 
install.
