Craig Reno	Apr 18, 2014 01:20 PM	Terminal server takes a while to load from both her work machine and personal laptop. Asked Dave about this issue, he tested to make sure both ts16 and ts17 were running properly, and they are. When I tried logging in to the terminal server from her machine, it loaded relatively quickly. The problem is likely with her profile, but I couldn't see anything on there that would cause it to load as slowly as it did. I set up vmware view on her work machine, allowing her to connect to the vdi.wou,edu, which was a lot quicker, but it didn't have Acrobat which she needs for her job. I will meet with her again next tuesday.	Add Attachment
