Lexie,
There seems to be a misunderstanding. I teach in
NPE 114 TR at 2pm. That is the only time when I am
there, that is the good time for you to take a look.

I was stranded on Tuesday when the tech did not
show up and I could not get the dvd to work with
12 students in a 400 level class. If it were not
for a student volunteering the use of his NETFLIX
account I would have cancelled class. (odd that I
can download from netflix but I can't get the dvd
to play)

I called last Thursday to report the problem and
schedule a time for Tuesday. Apparent I am not
doing something correctly to get the technical
support I need. I've been here 7 years and UCS has
been nothing short of fantastic.

I will be there tomorrow at 2 pm and will need
some help please.

Wants to know if he can have someone come down and
help figure out how to make the dvd play through
the computer. The orange cone media player pops up
but won't actually play anything. I had him open
it through the computer (home button, then comp,
then click on dvd in drive) and the windows player
popped up and still nothing. 

He needs it for his class on Tuesday before or at
2pm if someone can get over there to help set it up.
