There was an html redirect file that also downloaded and she kept trying to open that instead of the dmg. The update is installed and the dmg has been trashed.	Add Attachment

Shandelle Plasker	Apr 22, 2014 08:17 AM	She should have Admin rights to her computer but when she goes to update her java it says she does not have the rights to do so. She needs to update her java for something that she is working on. If you could either help her get Admin Rights or go down and update it for her that would be great.
