There was no WOU number to go along with this 
ticket, so I am spit balling on this one.  I am 
going to assume it's the instructor's station 
monitor.  This monitor is a special order touch 
screen monitor, which should fall under classroom 
support.  Please look into this monitor and if it 
is something we cant fix, send it to classroom 
support.

Professor called from Devolder 101 saying that she
couldn't get the monitor to work and it was going
in and out and doing weird things.  I sent
classroom support down there and they weren't able
to fix it and asked me to make a service request.
