Got wireless to work again, sophos and cisco were not 
cooperating, reinstalled both of those and now they seem fine. 
Did not find any issues with crashing, ran dell diagnostic just in 
case. The computer is pretty slow, but that is expected of a 7 
year old machine. Updated through windows update, and ninite. 
Should be ready to go.

I am logged in and running Windows XP and Sophos updates over 
ethernet. The Intel and Windows wireless connect clients are 
showing on the task bar, but I have not tried to connect either one 
yet.

He called today to check on this ticket.

I made a mistake and assigned it to the wrong
thing/person so that was my bad!  The computer is
still up front at SRD.

He needs all the software on the computer if it
has to be re-imaged.  The computer is sitting up
front at SRD.

Computer won't connect to wireless.  Cisco will
pop up and he logs in but an error shows up and
then the computer crashes, and sometimes it
doesn't even get to Cisco.  The computer has to be
plugged in to turn on.
