Check the computer located at NS216. With some
research done online about fixing the problem I
came across a link and Zip folder called Acrofix.
Unzipping the folder and installing it content
solve the problem.

Acrobat Pro is corrupted on the computer. It 
doesn't open when you click on it, it seems to 
not respond at all. No error message. 

They have restarted the computer and it didn't 
make a difference.
