She has called and wants to get an update. I 
explained that Megan had been out on jury duty 
and should be back tomorrow. If Megan can call 
her tomorrow between 8-9am and give her an update 
that would be awesome.

I have looked for a number in the past and have
never found one.

Yes, it has been turned off and started at least
three times to no avail.

Dear Help Desk,

We are needing help with our Printer (SID)

When we go to print, the printer acts as if it is
going to print, but each time it sounds like the
rollers are not catching.  The paper does not move
through, and each time we get a message saying,
"there is a jam," even though no paper has gone
through.

This week is a critical week as our Federal Report
is due.

We know that we will access the computer lab for
right now, but would really appreciate any help
possible for getting this printer up and "printing."
