Computer was just stuck on the Dell startup screen. Force shut it
down, started it back up and ran Windows updates. Performed
another reboot without any issues.

computer #20100135[Edit Inv] (monitor #20100170)has been
stuck on an update screen, at the end of my shift
on Saturday night I noticed that it was on an
update screen, I assumed it was working and left
for the night. It's still on that update screen
and the progress bar hasn't changed. it's showing
a black screen with the dell logo and says bios
revision A11 at the bottom
