Replaced RAM and checked the LCD error, but all 
cables were fine and LCD didnt appear to have any 
issues.  Tested the laptop for quite a while to 
make sure no blue screen appeared or the LCD didnt 
turn off.  Everything looks great.  Adam is 
bringing to laptop back to Christopher.

Received RAM.  Need to fix LCD cable issue and run 
more diagnostics to make sure the problem is fixed.

Ran diagnostics.  There is an issue with the LCD 
cable connecting to the mobo, the battery has 
reached its end of life, and the RAM is faulty.  
Warrantying RAM.  Will fix LCD cable once the RAM 
comes in.

Added him as Admin and the SE-Reba printer on the
loaner.

He needs Blueman software added to the loaner
computer since he has no admin rights.  He needs
this software for work.

The computer, docking station, and power cable are at my desk for 
troubleshooting/re-imaging.

Delivered UCS Loaner 20101158[Edit Inv] and had him log in to make sure it 
would work for him. Brought the laptop, charger and docking 
station back for troubleshooting.

He keeps getting the blue screen of death.  He
will be working on something and then randomly it
will get the blue screen and computer shuts down
and when he tries to restart it is asks if he
wants to start in safe mode or normal-he chooses
normal and then a couple hours later he gets the
blue screen again.  Once, it did a repair disk too
and he did that  but it is still shutting down.

He will be around all day today.
