I spoke with Lori regarding the old printer and
said we can PDR the printer.

Marita office give her the same model of HP Office
jet pro 8000. I was able set it up for her and
make sure it working. She promise to give me some
information about what to be done to the old
printer I have in my possession. I waiting for her
email to close the task.

Check Marita's office but she wasn't around. The
printer work just fine. I spoke with Megan
regarding this task and she said the printer is
old we are no more ordering parts for this
printer.I will check her office again later to
return the printer.

I was able to get hold of Marita and spoke with
her about returning her printer. She informed me
that she's very busy this entire week. She said
Tuesday at 1:00pm will be the best time to return
the printer.

Check the problem with the printer now it work
just fine. The problem had something to do with
the printer driver. I have the printer on my desk.

I was able to get hold of Marita from NPE. She
said the best time to check the printer would be
on Thursday at 1:00pm. The printer that is
malfunctioning is located at OPE 209.

Had Joanie contact our vendor, his reply:
Hi Joanie,

The reason your tech is not finding them (neither
am I) is because HP may not have them for this
machine.  Typically inkjet machines do not have
many part available because people don¿t fix them
they just replace them due to their low cost.  If
you have any further questions please let me know.

I think the printer is working better - it finally
printed a document!  Did someone in UCS do
something to change it from a distant location? 
If not, then there is a chance the printer is
working or is possibly inconsistently
working...yesterday I couldn't get it to "grab"
the paper, but then when I got back to my office
today, it had printed something!  It would be
great if someone could take a look at it in
person, though.

get the networked name of the printer.  This is

Frederick tried looking at the printer early this 
morning, but nobody was there.  We still need the 
network name as he was unable to get any information 
or work on anything.

Marita called about the shared printer in OLD PE
209. She said it doesn't want to work and is not
even pulling paper. Doesn't say anything on the
screen and she tried putting in more ink and it
still doesn't work.
