Let Edwin know I was going to close out this 
request as a new one will be opened to install 
GoToMeeting when he is able to purchase the 
program.  I also let him know about join.me if he 
is in need of a free program in the meantime.

GoToMeeting is a paid service.  If he is looking 
to purchase the program, he would have to submit a 
Purchase Request.  If he is connecting to someone 
else's meeting using this tool, he will be emailed 
instructions from the meeting organizer in how to 
connect.  We cant install anything without a valid 
license key.  If this is something he purchased 
outside WOU, he would need to install it himself, 
so make sure he has administrative privileges, 
please

He would like go to meeting which is a program
that he uses to be installed on his office
computer. He is available Monday thru Thursday
9-10 or 1 to 3. He would also like to be contacted
by email not phone.
