If he is connecting to someone else's meeting using this tool, he will be emailed instructions from the meeting organizer in how to connect. We cant install anything without a valid license key. If this is something he purchased outside WOU, he would need to install it himself, so make sure he has administrative privileges, please	Add Attachment
