I spoke with Lori regarding this task and she
instructed me to uninstalled office 2003 and
upgrade to 2007. Which I did now it works just fine.

He said that it's not giving him a specific error,
the program tries to open, fails, and asks him if
he wants to send en error report. 
He will be available from now until 5.

Can you please find out what the error is that he is 
seeing?

Every time he opens Word, it asks if he wants to
send a report.  When he tries to open or save or
print it always  gives this error. If he click yes
or no, it keeps doing the same thing over and
over.  He has tried restarting his computer as well.

He is around for the rest of the day at 88343.
