Finally got the log in repair to the point that I was able to use the 
local account. Uninstalled the Bing Toolbar and Bing Desktop and 
set the desktop back to the WOU default. Verified that Windows is 
properly activated. Running Windows updates before attempting to 
log in with my own account.

The computer has plenty of free hard drive space, but I can't log in, 
even locally, unless I boot in Safe Mode

We are having issues with the same Pc that is in
our digital production room HL 122. It seems to
not want to log people in again it just sits there
and said loading. We sent in a service request
before and it seemed to fix it but it is doing the
same problem again.
