The screen saver timeout has been taken care of.  
There was a weird setting in the I drive GPO, so 
deleted the part with the screen saver as there is 
a separate GPO that takes care of that.  Giving 
this back to Megan since the last thing she is 
focusing on is the printer.

Henry is happy with printing, he would like the
option for black and white still. I'm working on
that now. Going to update the firmware and test
some more drivers. Gave Lori the results from
GP-her and Dave are now working on that.

He is also having issues with printers. Not able
to print in black and white from the xerox
printer. The driver for their lease copier isn't
working for him either.

When he calls back: 
Test in both his account, and your own account. 
run rsop.msc which shows group policies, take a screenshot of 
the sections that have to with power management and get them 
to Lori, this may be a group policy problem.

He will be on campus all day tomorrow and you can
contact him on his office phone. If he is not
there he has a assistant that will let you into
his office to his computer.

His computer is locking when he does not touch it
for only a few minutes. This was not like this
yesterday or ever. He would like someone to come
look at it and try to make it lock later than a
few minutes.
