Check the problem with Skype malfunctioning on the
system. I realize that the short cut on the
desktop wasn't working. But lunching the program
via the start menu works just fine.

Kayla would like this computer to be fully
updated. She absolutely needs the Skype program to
be updated sense it is having issues when they are
doing a Skype conference call. The computer is in
a room that you will not need anyone to give you
access to.
