problem online. Follow the steps shown solve the
problem.

Make sure anything associated with Office 2007 has 
been uninstalled from her computer and Windows 
Updates were applied after the install of Office 
2010

She just had office word installed and now she is
getting an error every time she tries to open it.
I have attached the error message to this service
request. She would like to be contact by phone to
make a time for someone to come look at this.
