Locally updated the firmware on this printer to
version 08.240.1.  IP address is 140.211.78.40.

Also ran a software update on her computer for the
hp printer package.  Seems good to go.  Told her
to call us if it acts up again.

 Greetings UCS!

Professor Breeann Flesch is trying to print to the
Algebra printer in MNB and it keeps erroring.


She is attempting to print from her MacBook - WOU
# 2010 1392
TO:
HP printer:  2007 0277 located across from her
office MNB 126.
It is saying:  49.4C02 Error

I've trying turning it off and restarting it twice
and it did print 1 sheet but then the error came
on the next time she attempted to print.
