Hi Sue,

Okay, not a problem.  We will take one more look 
at your printer just to make sure there are no 
other issues.  Once we have been able to look it 
over, we will close out your ticket (if there is 
nothing else needing to be fixed), but please keep 
us updated once you are able to purchase another 
toner cartridge so we know the printer is working 
as it should.  When are you available to have a 
tech stop by just to take another look?

No, unfortunately, due to budget and the cost of 
the toner I won't be able to order a new toner 
cartridge until after July 1.

Hi Sue,

I wanted to touch base with you regarding the open 
service request ticket we have on your Xerox 
printer.  Have you had a chance to order and 
install a new toner cartridge?  If so, is your 
printer able to return normal prints for you?  
Please keep me updated as to the status of the 
printer.  If you have been able to replace the 
toner cartridge, but are still receiving prints 
with lines, we would like to take a look.

If she has not received a new cartridge by the
time Megan gets back, she would like Megan to take
a look.

It is a local Xerox printer in MA 209.  It prints
inconsistently, sometimes light, sometimes dark,
sometimes with horizontal lines along the top that
cut off the top sections of the page.  It has been
happening since she switched toner cartridges.  I
recommended that she contact Office Depot to see
if she could work something out with them to get a
new one.  I let her know that Megan was out for a
week, and that Megan could look at it too to
confirm.  

Sue also was asking about a very audible squeaking
noise that the printer makes when it starts
up/gets ready to print.

two weeks ago changed toner and now it prints
lines at the top and doesnt print the top part of
the document and jams a lot.
T- 11-1
W- 8-1
R- 8-1
If past 1 call first to ensure that she is not on
lunch or in a meeting
