Returned computer. Only thing that was slightly unusual was 
laptop being set to sleep when the lid is closed, which doesn't 
work well with the dock. Everything else seemed alright. Peggy 
mentioned that the time on the computer was changing 
occasionally, but that should be determined by the domain.

Everything seems fine, problem might be the laptop dock or power 
strip in her office

Powered on no problem. Everything seems to load fine, running 
diagnostic just in case

She hits the power button and the light comes on
but nothing happens.  She has tried turning it on
and off but still nothing happens.  She recently
got a new battery for the laptop.  The computer is
charged all the way because the battery light is
not on and it has been plugged in for awhile.  
The power light stays on but the screen is dark
and no noises.

She is around all day except 11-12.  If she is not
in her office, she will put a note on her door of
where she is.
