Check the problem the cause the IMac to pause when
trying to print. I just click the resume option
and that automatically solve the problem.

Student is attempting to print a powerpoint from
the desktop and a window comes up saying "printer
is paused would you like to resume?" asking for
username and password. once username and password
are entered it doesn't accept them
