Removed norton, ran malwarebytes and ccleaner, just generally 
cleaned it up. Seems to be running fine.

I left her a voicemail saying that it is ready to be returned.

Cable running from the mobo to the LCD was 
slightly loose causing there to be no video on the 
display.  The cable is now fixed and I tested the 
connection.

Found some software such as Norton that will need 
to be removed as our in-house AV software needs to 
be the installed software.

Go through and clean the computer up before giving 
it back to Amy.  Try to make things a bit faster.

No display from either monitor, and laptop is not displaying 
anything. Took her a loaner and brought hers back to the office.

Both of her monitors aren't working. She said she
can hear that the computer is on, but she's not
getting any visual.

She said she checked to make sure everything was
plugged in and rebooted a few times but it kept
doing the same thing.

She'll be in her office all day but the sooner the
better.
