It wasn't an individual student experiencing the
stripes printing on her paper, I talked to Nan in
the WUC and she let me know it was happening to
multiple students.

We have no information regarding this student.  No 
name, username, V#, contact information, so we 
cannot look into any printing issues for this 
student including a print credit count.

They figured out the not printing issue, but the
other printer is still printing pages with stripes
through them

The student said that one of the printers in the
WUC lab is printing with stripes on all the pages
and the other printer just isn't printing at all.
