She pulled the power from the back of the think
client and it gave her a green check mark when she
plugged it back in but it stays stuck with an hour
class like it is thinking but never does anything
else. So the thin client is still not connecting.

Please call Karen back and let her know all she 
should need to do is pull the power from the back 
of the thin client and put it back in.  We had to 
restart the server yesterday, so once she does 
that, she should have no difficulties.

She tried disconnecting it, turning it on and off,
and unplugging it and it will not boot up
