Diagnostic didn't show anything wrong. Too far out of warranty for 
replacement parts. Computer is sitting with bag and charger by 
diablo.

Mouse problem is a hardware issue. Pressing on different parts 
of the touchpad will cause the problem to either stop, or 
continue with the mouse continuously moving in the opposite 
direction. Removing and reinstalling drivers didn't do anything, 
updating didn't help either.

Battery would not hold a charge, swapped that out with another 
one in pile.

Somebody from SEP dropped off a laptop from SEP
with a note "When trying to logon it says: There
are currently no logon servers available to
service the logon request."  

I wasn't sure who to put the request under.  The
laptop is by Diablo
