Check the printer located at AD 101, apparently
when I got there  and asked the user to try some
print out in order to listing to the noise she
reported about. The printer just printed fine
without noise. I recommended they observed the
printer the entire day. If the same problem arises
they can definitely give us call.

It is printing just fine but the BO-mozart printer
is making very loud noises and she wants someone
to come take a look to make sure everything is ok.
 She tried restarting but it is still making the
very loud noises.

She is around all day and if she isn't, there is
someone around.
