Check the computers that couldn't connect to the
printer. I realize the users was choosing
different printer name instead of wh-Westhouse.
That is the confusion they were having. I was able
to correct that with the help of Lori. Now they
are able to print just fine.

Now some faculty members are having issues
connecting to the printers which they didn't have
before. If you meet with her she'll show you the
computers having the issues, she'll be unavailable
from 12-1

One of their computers is giving her a "Specified
port is unknown" error when trying to connect to
the xeroxphaser in Westhouse. The computer itself
is in Westhouse 101
