A tech needs to pick up the printer and bring it
back here to Megan.  Debbie will be back here
around 1:15.

The printer is displaying a low-ink error.  There
is adequate, genuine ink in the printer. 
Restarted multiple times.  Printed configuration
and test pages, all of which came out fine.  The
error will not allow any pc -> printer print jobs.  

She printed from home, when she got back to the
office, the print job had completed, but there was
a jam, she cleared the jam, and the error began. 
I checked the printer for leftover pieces, but
didn't see any.

Printer is not responding.  The orange light is on
the printer.  The computer says it was sent but
nothing to getting to the printer.  She tried
restarting and still having same issue.  She is
the only user that she knows has the problem.
