20091198[Edit Inv] is not funded with student technology 
monies.

Both printers 20091198[Edit Inv] and 20090457[Edit Inv] (low ink) have
the student tech sticker on them.

Please do not service this ticket yet.  I am trying 
to find out if this is a student tech funded printer 
first.  I dont think it is.
