She is having issues logging into banner. When she
tries to log in it tells her that she needs to
update java before she logs in but she already has
updated it so then when she goes to update it
again it tells her that it's already been done.

She said Lexie came and helped her yesterday but
it's having the same problem again today.

She's available all day but the sooner the better.
