Check the printer later today and I set it up via
IP and that made it work just fine.

Check the problem that cause the user not printing
from the printer. The printer indicated offline
any time the user want to printed. I tried
uninstalling the driver and re-installing the
driver but that couldn't solve the problem.

Any time he tries to send documents to ATH-Hallway
it gives him an error that says the printer is
paused and he hasn't been able to figure out how
to "unpause" it

He will be available from now (10:45am) until about 3
