Craig work on the Apple Laptop before leaving UCS.
He left a note that says the user only need an
administrative privilege on the system when
delivering the machine which I did.

Should just need admin rights and drives mapped when she comes 
in to get laptop.

Restarted Bumblebee under Lori's instruction. Was able to 
connect to it to image the mac. Mac is imaged, updated, and 
set up. Word appears to be working properly and is fully 
updated. Mac is back on Craig's desk so that it can get 
whatever other extra software that it needs back on it.

Tried to re-image also. Had the same problem as Lexie. 
Internet connection is fine, but still can't connect to 
Bumblebee.

We've been trying to re-image, but can't seem to
connect to Bumblebee.  The computer is back on

Ran hardware diagnostics, but didn't come up with
anything.  

This laptop has Mavericks installed.  Any work we
do needs to be in her account.  We could re-image
it while she's gone, but we need an ethernet to
firewire adapter.

Mary Ellen has come in a few times over the last couple months 
trying to sort out this problem. The last time I ended up 
reinstalling Office and that apparently didn't work.

When she is working in Word in particular, the program will 
freeze, and she will have to force quit or sometimes the 
computer just crashes and requires a restart.

She is going to be out of town next week and dropped off her 
Macbook for us hopefully try to get working. She will be back in 
town on the 13th, but will be off campus until the 20th. She said 
she has everything backed up, so we should be ok to re-image if 
we really need to.

The laptop and charger are in a black bag at my desk.
