Kayla called this in for someone else but would
like to be the one contacted for it. The person
who is having the issue is named Heather Mercer.
When they try to do a screen shot it is not
opening the print key options that allow you to
print or copy and paste and other sorts of things.
They also tried to copy and paste by high lighting
it but it does not how anything when pasting.
