The printer's network card died and they will need 
to replace the printer.  I told them to contact 
you if they have any questions about why they need 
to replace the printer and contact Tricia for any 
pricing quotes they would need.

Cleared the print queue.  Please check the status of 
the printer, check the patch cable, test the port, 
grab the info Megan is requesting.

Hello there,
BU-Greenspan, a printer upstairs in West House,
isn't working.  I have tried turning it on and off
and it still isn't printing. The WOU number is
20031276[Edit Inv]. Please let me know if you need further
information.

Not making a noise, not responding at all
(although I got it to print an "event log").  On
my computer when I try to print to it, it says,
"offline, 5 documents waiting" or something like
that.  If this is an easy fix, please advise me
and I will try it.
