Keyboard and mouse unresponsive. Swapped in known
working keyboard and mouse then rebooted. After
reboot mouse did not respond and keyboard would
only respond momentarily then not respond at all.
Brought PC back to lab (W# 20100602), currently
running Pre-boot system assessment.

He called to say that the monitor is working but
keyboard and mouse are still unresponsive. He can
see they are both plugged into computer correctly.
The mouse has a red light on the bottom so he
knows it is plugged in and supposed to be working
but nothing on the screen.

Computer in corner of HWC303 is not responding to
anything from keyboard or mouse. The monitor will
show a blue screen sometimes but is blank now. He
says there is power to the tower though.

HWC303 computer-room is locked so come see him in
HWC306 while he is in class 8-5 next door.
