when different users are logged in to this
computer, the printer drivers and profiles cannot
be loaded. They have tried multiple printers and
users but still same error. The computer has been
restarted as well.

"Port cannot be recognized" is the error.

Computer is west side of 1st floor. Has out of
order sign on it as well.
