Return the machine to the user it works just fine.

The issue that cause the machine not loading
windows was due to bad had drive. With series of
trouble shooting done on the system I remove the
bad hard drive and swap with another hard drive on
the same system and the machine work just fine. I
spoke with Megan regarding this issue she
suggested I replace bad hard drive with a used
hard drive and re-image the system. I did just
that and I was able to slave the bad hard drive to
the working machine to retrieved his information.

He restarted his computer and there is a start up
repair on his screen that shows up. He has tried
to cancel it but it just freezes.  He can't get
onto his computer.
