Hi Ryan,

I did a restart of VectorWorks on bagel.wou.edu.  
Can you please test out the software again and let 
me know if you are still seeing that issue or if 
your are good to go?

When we try to open the software, we type in
bagel.wou.edu, click connect, but it says that all
licenses are in use.  It closes the program.  We
can't check the serial number associated, but we
believe it's a lab license.  Talked to Lori: she
suggested that it might be a server issue.  
Scott Grim is the manager of the Vectorworks
program, but is out for the rest of the week.  

I let Ryan and Scott know that we will work on it
on our end and let them know.

he needs to enter the server name every time he 
uses the program, which is  bagel.wou.edu

Please help him with this and let him know that 
each time he uses VectorWorks, he will have to 
enter that server in order to use the software

Vector Works is not working.  It says it couldn't
get a license and the server doesn't support it. 
Last time he used it, it worked fine. It won't let
him get on.
