Check Lonny's office the problem he was
encountering printing was the setting of the
printer. I was able to figure out that which made
it work.

He has tried the hallway printer again and one
downstairs called PE-HPE that both give the same
error about not being available.  They both say
ready and others have printed to it.

He is around till 1 today.

The printer works just fine but I realize there
was no paper in the tray.

He is connected to ATH-hallway and when he goes
file>print, it says the printer is unavailable. 
He can't get any print jobs to the printer.  The
printer itself is working for other people.  He
has also tried restarting his computer and still
same error message.
