Check in with Angie.  She deleted Chelsee's
calendar and readded it.  Seems to be good to go
now.

Reimaged and delivered.  Chelsee's calendar is
still not showing up.  I asked Angie to coordinate
with Chelsee to unshare and reshare the calendar.
 Chelsee was not in yesterday or today to check
that part.  She is hopefully in tomorrow.

It looked like she was having some other issues
with her computer, Word, etc.  She preferred to
have it re-imaged, so that we can know it's not
her computer.  She is saving her stuff.  

Dan is going to swap her computer with a loaner
and ask about any special software.

I definitely need my computer looked at. It
obviously has a problem. The
tech that came over yesterday was going to do some
research on the calendar
I can't view and be back to me on that today. The
issues are below and I
have copies of the word document I printed and the
one that was sent to show
someone the problems with the document that didn't
open correctly. Thanks!

She called and emailed yesterday and I walked her
through how to download the sync tool for her
Outlook that didn't seem to be syncing with her
calendar.  Apparently this didn't work and now
there are other issues. 

I also had her run a Spohos scan on her computer
and she said it came back with nothing.  She would
still like some service on this machine.
